Online users has been lost

Dear Sir,

Please help me to fix the problem. After little update on the server there is no Online User anymore in this folder.
What can be a problem? GeoIP function installed on the server.

I tried "Clear the cache" also !

Well i'm not a voodoo to tell from such little information, you will have to see your server log for errors etc.
Follow first link, then just use chrome debug.

No,

It's not an error. It shows from where it loads templates. So it founds templates, because you do not see online users is some other problem.

P.s There is commercial support for these type of issues.
