Conversation Lost on Page Reload or New Page

Hi & Great Program,

I was testing out 2 features.

1.) The proactive chat features -initiating a chat to a visitor
2.) Tracking the accuracy of conversation as a user navigates through my web site.

Although I can initiate a proactive chat... if the visitor navigates to another page, or reloads the current page, then the chat window does not return and the conversation is lost for the visitor.

Is there something i'm missing?  I noticed this does not happen on the demo web site.

Hi,

99.99% that you just misconfigured cookie/domain options.

1. Make sure you entered correct domain while generating embed code.
2. Perhaps you entered in chat configuration domain, but site you have embeded code have different domain.

Great advice.  Oddly enough I did not have anything in those fields, but when I toggled "Use Secure Cookie" that seems to have fixed the problem.

However, now that we can navigate with conversations it seems we hit another bump. Visitors can not close a conversation and/or start a new chat.

1.Visitors unable to close chat box
2.Visitor unable to start a new chat (limited to one chat instance visitor)

Then deleted conversation from  "Chat List/Closed Chats"... and cleared the "System Configuration/System Cache"

Result:
3. Visitor now has "Chat Was Deleted" in every instance of the program.
