Additional Chat Statuses

Hello,

I was wondering if there is a way to add additional Chat statuses? Currently I have the following:

• Pending

• Active

• Closed

I would like to add another status "Flagged". This could work in the same way as closed, but I would like to "Flag" specific chats that need to be referred to or sent to a supervisor.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Well, at the moment you cant. But you can try to write your own extension

Thank you for your response !

I wish I could write my own extension, but I am out of my depth already haha.

Could you please give me an idea of which files should be looking at?

Basically I just need to clone the "Closed" status as it won't be performing any special functions, it will just be a label essentially, and then I just need to be able to list those under the "Chats List".

Also, if you perform these types of modification for a fee, please pm me.
