Operator of the same department can see in active chat chat taked by other operator?
In my LHC i have the two default rule, Administrator and Operator.
Admin and Operator receve a chat in the same department they are assigned,
Admin acept the customer chat and Operator see now the chat in active conversation.
Operator can open the chat and see the chat - Admin can't know operator is in chat and read the conversation.
Also i see operator have the button for close and delete chat, maybe if operator can try to press is not alowed.

If Admin take a chat,
should not operator see only his chat (chat acepted by operator) in active chat?

Yes, they can see each other chats. Read documentation how to disable open already opened chats to open by another operator.

Hi Rem, thanks,
i have checked but operator have not listed the rule "allowopenremotechat" and operator are only operator
but are enable to see open chat from another operator.
Also seems operator are able to see all chat not closed by them, so in closed chat are able to see chat not of the operator but ended from other operator.

Here the screen of my operator settings:

And i can't test in your demo because there is not a Operator rule,
can i ask to check if is only my issue?
Thanks-
