change the message displayed after visitor initiate the chat

How do we replace this message that is displayed to visitors as soon as they initiate a chat? It's grammatically incorrect. "Pending a support staff member to join, you can write your questions, and as soon as a support staff member confirms this chat, he will get your messages"

Hi,

You would have to override a template. How to do that you can find in documentation. In any case you can just write correct grammar sentence here and I update official version.

I love your app, but would like to be able to customize the text that appears. Would you please direct me where the documentation to customize the template?

We'd like to say "To initiate contact with a live agent, please type your name and your question or comment. The first available agent will respond momentarily."

I found the documentation to create custom template. It's working now. Thanks for the app.
