Error Sing In Admin Chat

Hello people,
I normally installed the "Helper Live Chat" and i can to access the site_admin only once. When trying to login again in site_admin not obitive success. Why is this happening?

Help me please!

this is strange.

You can try to reset your password,
try again maybe you do wrong something.
Check better. I don't know this issue on Live Helper Chat.

If you can't solve you can try to reinstall. COnsider maybe can be hosting issue, server configuration.. i don't know.
You have to try maybe to re-install the chat and be carefull to not edit default file of the chat, only edit settings by the admin interface.
