Operator don't see Administrator online

Hi Rem,
i see admin can see operator online so start a chat,
operator can't see administrator online for start a chat.

All profile has no invisibility checked and are online with two green icon.
I need to set permission to the operator rule to see other operator in chat?

Do you have any idea if is an issue or i can do something for make operator see admin and other operator online for start operator chat between operator?

If i have to check with permission i have to give for make admin and other operator visible for other operator? Thnx

I have two user, one is Administrator and other one is Operator.
If the Administrator is online and Operator is Online, Only Admin can see there are Operator Online,
the operator can't see admin online so can't start internal chat with admin.

Is this default settings?
How can enable operator to start internal chat with admin or other operator?

By default Operator can't see other admin or operator online?
How to give permission to the operator to see other staff and operator online and start internal chat?
