Change chat widget position from backend

Hello Rem

Is there any way that I do not have to change code manually in order to change chat chat widget postion, as comm100 does it, even if using whmcs module this functionality is there but not in default LHC.

Ok sorry if my point was not clear.
on livehelper website the code is on right hand side, is there any way that without updating code in file, admin can shift it to left hand side from backend as everybody is not developer but they can then keep on changing widget position from backend and that can be reflected in front.

Hi,

At the moment not possible. The only way to change position is to change embed code.

I solve this issue editing the file design/defaulttheme/js/widgetv2/index.js at line 7 changing the value bottom:"10px" to bottom:"100px" and the icon moves up.
