how to disable: user screenshot feature

is it possibile to disable the user screenshot functionality? I can't find this option in settings.

Well,

At the moment we do have have specific permission to disable operators option to make a screenshots.

There isn't a specific permission at moment, right? (Sorry I think there is a typo in your answer, isn't it?).

Could I remove this callback in "operator_screenshot.tpl.php" file for a workaround?

Well, you can do that. But better would be just override this module file:
