Hello,

I do not want that my operators see other departments and or users/ops in the select box, only the department in which are assignated and only his user name in some cases, is that psosible?,

Yes. Just assign to operators their department.

I mean on the search form here... Home > Chats lists > Pending chats > Pending chats lists... the Department and User selectboxes show all the departments and users even if the user was only assigned to only one department. I know the user can't access them, the thing is I don't want them to see other name of departments or users. Thank you!

Hi oldnava,
please log in in your Live Helper Chat with admin account.

Go on settings, user and press edit on the operator you want set the right to not see all pending chat.
Now go on Pending chat and uncheck the box.

Now the operator you have edited can't see anymore other department chats.

Do this with every operator you want set this.
