Customizing Chat

Hi. I am working with chat widget in front-end, i am able to alter their style but having some issues will attach those in screenshot.

Hi remdex,

Any idea in removing the loading.gif & that processing time too.

Once clicked on "Live help is online..." should directly take us to that form instead of showing up  loading process.

This loading gif is just iframe background while iframe loads itself and does not increase load time by itself.

I feel its time consuming one, so how can i remove that.
