Application time

Hello, I am trying to change the application time. It show time different from my time, servers time or the time I've set in the timezone settings. No matter what I do, chat time is 4h ahead of my time. How can I fix this?

1. Try to change global application time zone.
E.g

2. Also you can try to change your personal time zone in account.

Then contact your hosting provider and tell that you cannot change your time zone, because here all works
