Hi, I am trying to get google analytics event tracking working by installing google tag manager code when the livechat widget loads.
https://developers.google.com/tag-manager/quickstart
https://support.google.com/tagmanager/#topic=3441530
Livechat widget loads in iframe, so the tag manager code needs to be loaded in that.
But, it needs to load after the head and body html declarations on the page are loaded. I believe the live chat widget currently is called before the head and body declarations are loaded. Is there any way to have the widget called after these decs are made?
...or maybe another way to implement this? e.g. I notice that it is written into functions.php in wordpress installations:

...maybe writing the code into one of the tpl files? The tag code would need to run when either(both) the widget or the page embed code are run.
Any help appreciated, thanks

To clarify, although I'm not a programmer, I believe the tag manager code, within the iframe, would need to be called after the body html declaration.
