Password recovery not working

Hi, i need help with  a issue in my web page, i do it in drupal, and work fine, but when a user admin want recovery the password, live chat send a message with provitional password but not work for login.

Hi,

Sorry but here all works.

There is just few cases new password cannot work:
1. Make sure php session is starting.
2. Perhaps someone just deleted required roles.

In any case it's just your installation/misconfiguration issue. There is commercial support for these type of issues 20$/h
