Department selection option not showing in Chat form

Hello,

LHC is superb software and i am checking around its features. Unfortunately after i created three departments and assigned dedicated staffs in it, like

Customer Service --> Staff1
Technical Support --> Staff2
Billing --> Staff3

But after generating the code and put it in test site, it not showing the option to select department in the chat initiation dialog for the visitors.

I am not sure what i am missing out. Please guide me.

Don't select any department in embed code generating window.

I have tried to create two department and assigned one staff in each department.

But we have multiple department staffs come online, and so the visitor in site, can select the department to connect to assigned staff.

I tried with both the option, but dropdown selection for selecting the department (online or offline) not coming.

I think i missed out something in setting.

Appreciated your help.

But no idea, there is commercial support for these type of issues....
