leave a message always pops up even if admin is online and visible

As from topic title, I've spent hours trying to fix this and tried each and every settings but I can't make the chat widget working properly.
The "leave a message" popup opens instead of the chat window even if the admin is online and I've specifically turned the :

- Hide when offline=ON
- leave a message when no operators are online=OFF

Also, the admin initiated chat wouldn't go through, it's like there is no communication between backend and frontend, but online visitors are shown correctly in the backend and all the rests seems to be working fine.

Any hints?

Hi,

Sorry but just few ideas.
1. You generated embed code for department but admin is not assigned to department.

100% of problems comes from users misconfigurations... Because they change stuff, having no idea what they change...

In any case there is commercial support for these misconfiguration 20$/h.

Thank you for replying.

I've checked if user Admin is assigned to the right department and it is (unflagging Admin from this department causes the widget to disappear from site, which is correct).
And I also checked the JS code and it seems OK. I don't know what else to do.

I know you offer paid support and I will definitively use it in the future for more complicated things which I will need if I decide to go ahead with your script.
I've tried so many live chats recently, also quite expensive ones, but a way or another I still haven't found the one that suits my needs although yours seems to be very close to what I'm looking for.
