Chrome Extension Bug

Hello, Remigijus.
I'm trying to access the chat from the Chrome extension through many PCs. But this time, I'm integrating LiveHelperChat with Opencart. I don't know if there's something weird with Opencart, but when I try to login from the Extension, I get redirected to http://quierohp.pe/index.php/site_admin/user/login/(r)/...... insted of  to http://quierohp.pe/chat/index.php/site_admin/user/login/(r)/......
I've reinstalled the extension, cleared cache, and install it in different Pcs, but I'm getting the same error.

The URL in the extension's settings is http://quierohp.pe/chat.
Hope you can help me again.
Thank you!

Re: Chrome Extension Bug

Hi,

Two things.
1. If you moved chat to another location you had to clear cache in back office. http://livehelperchat.com/how-to-move-chat-from-one-location-to-another-125a.html
2. In chrome extension it's clearly written you have to put ending slash in your url. So correct address should be http://quierohp.pe/chat/
After you make all these changes all should be ok.

Re: Chrome Extension Bug

Hello,  Remigijus Thank you for your response. I've followed your instructions (although it's a fresh install, I haven't moved it). When I click the extension icon, I get  "Login first" withouth styles, refering to:
<a href="/index.php/site_admin/user/login/(r)/Y2hhdC9jaGF0dGFic2Nocm9tZQ%3D%3D">login first.</a>

But in order to work in my installation, it should point to:
<a href="/chat/index.php/site_admin/user/login/(r)/Y2hhdC9jaGF0dGFic2Nocm9tZQ%3D%3D">login first.</a>

Do you think it may be a problem in my database?
PS: I've added the slash at the end of the URL.

Thank you in advance!

Re: Chrome Extension Bug

Sorry, no idea, here all works. It's just problem with your server, make sure your php has cgi.fix_pathinfo = 1

Re: Chrome Extension Bug

Hi, I have the same problem.
The link iframe is linking to the right url, but the Log-in url is linking to the root and not in the folder where the installation is :-(

Re: Chrome Extension Bug

All of you have to provide full path in extensions configuraiton including ending slash. E.g
http://example.com/lhc/
