Live widget inactive on click

Hi, On a fresh install on www.safehavenwomensrehab.com, when I click on the the live chat widget or the 'Live help is online' box in bottom right, no pop up appears, the windows just close with no opportunity to start chat.

Any thoughts as to how to fix?

It's an error in your Javascript. While programming callback for LHC you made an error please sooe your google chrome console.
