Visitor always as "online visitor" and Time on site = 00:00:00 ??

Hi and thank you for your great support,

Live helper chat seems to work smoothly, but just some worries about statics and visitor online visitors status :

- I noticed many times that many online visitors (visible as online during 20 - 30 min and may be more), have time on site duration at 00:00:00 ??

so two small questions :
- how to really show just online visitors ? (visitor not online when he leaves ?)
- how to tweak time duration on site to get real duration ?

1. If user does not change page he will get time on site equal 00:00:00 time is added only if user navigates to another page.
2. Pay attention to colors. Online users has different color in online visitors list.
3. Nothing to tweak here.

In footprint we do not track user pages titles. But perhaps as feature for next version could be done hmm.
