Help with desktop client - Windows

Hi

I downloaded the desktop client for windows and when I run the application lhc.exe, I am asked for username, passwd and host. I entered the username and passwd entered on my online site where Live helper chat is installed and entered the host as the sites url.

But, it showed as authentication failed. What am I doing wrong??

Hi,
In url address you have to enter path to directory where lhc is installed.
E.g
http://example.com/lhc_web/index.php so in windows application you have to enter

http://example.com/lhc_web/
