Show the Name in "Live help Widget embed " instead of Image

hi,

I want to show the User Name and Operator names in the "Live help Widget embed"
I changed code in
      hc_web\design\defaulttheme\tpl\lhchat\addmsguser.tpl.php
      hc_web\design\defaulttheme\tpl\lhchat\lists\user_msg_row.tpl.php

Now when a user starts a chat the window looks like

First message by User is with image remaining will the Use Name which is fine till now but issue starts when a user closes the embed window the opens it again "UserName" get replace with the Image.

Can anyone guide which file(s) I am skipping?
