Issue 1Hi,i have see after some update i have a new problem:now if user send me a offline message the green confimation message is hiding in a few seconds.
I want disable this and let the user close this confirmation message.
1. Put live help offline2. Send a messageThe green confirmation message is closed after some seconds, i want let user close this message.
Request 2Also i want ask for second question,i want change the from email address "***" in offline message with the email of the visitor so i can open a webticket on other opensource webticket.Can be this imnplemented, i should ask in github?

Here we go
1. Increased automatic close timeout to 5 seconds. I won't make it manually closing. You can override template it you want it
2. Edit mail template and set proper sender and recipient e-mails
3. Did not understood, but definetley not going to change anything there. You can choose to hide widget then there is no online operators, but then user won;t be able to resume chat in your site. In general your workflow logic is a little bit unlogic.

I looked more into Issue 3, but here just normal forms shows off if embed code is generated without checked shoe leave a message form. If it shows for you the most likely in start chat form settings, you have checked
If it still shows leave a message form, that means you are still missing something.

thanks for your reply.
1. As i can remember and as from my
test the automatic close timout is new feature. I can't remeber the
visitor after sending offlline message loosed the confirmation message
after few seconds. I think is better to let the admin to set in the
setting page the timout or let to disable but maybe you are not in agree
with me. I don't like this autoclose timer becvause user can loose the
confirmation message.
Thanks for the suggestion to change the
template who i can see on the last commit i should change every time i
update the chat not relly nice but for now maybe i will do. Thanks for
increse the time 2 second are nothing but i don't like this hiding
confirmation messagge after 5 seconds. it's only my idea who i want
share with you. If in the feature relase can be possibile to add an
option in the setting to let user choose the time autoclose and option
to disable it will be nice. thanks for lissening to me
2. I see
in the settings, email templates, edit in one of the templates is
possibile to set from address mail but i don't want set my email address
but i want every time visitor worte an offline message the from mail is
the user message. I don't know how to do this in the template.

As for quick tip regarding second. Mail's cannot be send as from user e-mail. User email is used only as reply-to e-mail. If i change that mails can go to spam.
You can always override everything by editing classes etc

Can i ask a curiosity? Does someone ask for put timer autoclose on widget offline sended confirmation message? Why you have introduced this?

For me it seems logical. Why bother user with forcing him close it.

If user press send message and they look away or the internet connection is not fast user let the PC wrk and send and loose the confirmation message. This is the way i don't like this. If user send a message want to have confirmation message so for me it seem not a problem to close mannualy the confirmation message. This is my way of look.

I need make opening new window.. not redirect in same window, there is a way?
Redirect make user loose the page are visiting.
