Hey there, and thanks for this. This is really nice and prevented from me making my own.
I just have one problem at the moment. The whole 'Work hours/work days logic is active' is not working. It was supposed to stop at 2:30 (14:30), yet it is still showing as 'Online', not 'Offline'. Any ideas why?

There is few things you could miss.
1. Did not setup application time zone.
2. Chat still pays attention to operators online status even if department online hours are set. To ignore completely online operators statuses in application there is option in chat configuration for it.

3. If you did not setup automatic status check for frontend users you have to refresh a page to take effect.
