Demo Not Working

Hello,

First, congrats for the script and all the good features it has smile

I tested the Demo with Firefox, IE and Chrome and I noticed that the chat widget is not being updated with messages. When the Operator sends a message for example, the user receives the first one. If he do not reply or stay on the same page, he will not receive the following messages from the Operator. He needs to reload the browser or visit an another page.

Any help with that please? I'm really interested by your script.

Sorry, but for me all works in all browsers.
Perhaps you have tested just then demo was reset. Demo is reset every hour at 10m of each hour.

Sorry, just tested again, after the demo is reset. Same issue.

Even tested with different IPs between Admin Panel and User. The Operator cannot initiate the chat, the messages are not delivered to the User. However, when the user sends a message, it is received by the Operator.

The screenshot feature is not working all the time as well...
