How to view chat button even without online operators
I'm A Brazilian developer and started using Live Chat Helper recently. I'm having a little problem with displaying the chat button. I can not configure the system to display the chat button even when no operators online. Can anyone help me solve this?

I use this option enabled within the scope of the administration area since the beginning of the project. The fact that not the chat widget being displayed has been happening for a few days. There are some other confirguração within the system that might be causing this? If no, how can I solve my problem?
