Want to add custom template to chat

I  want to add one custom help  page for users to guide how to use live helper chat.

I  added help.php at in modules/lhchat/help.php

Also i added template file at location design/customtheme/tpl/lhchat/help.tpl.php

But when i tried to access this page from browser, it redirects me to home page.

Please guide me how to add cutom template page or please explain then routing.

Read documentation again. You are modifying core which you should not do.
