Limit on the number of operators

Hi Rem

Do we have a limit on the number of the operators who can chat simultaneously. Also is there any specific hardware sizing requirement for setting up the software based on the number of users.

1. There aren't such limit.
2. No there aren't. For starting point and simple shared hosting is enough. Although small vps is always better.
