Integrating with OS Ticket
Hello
Any suggestion how to integrate LHC with OS Ticket, a plugin I think would be great feature, as once integrated it will be one of the best system with live support + helpdesk system

Just listen to events and do appropriate actions. You can find what events are supported by searching in repository.
