Leave a message if no answer timeout

Hi there,

Is it possible to do the following. If there are some operators online, user enters the chat and wait for operator to answer and have no aswer in e.g. 2 minutes he is forwarded to leave a essage form like there`s no oline operators.

Hi,

Yes. Edit department and set
"Delay in seconds before leave a message form is shown. 0 Means functionality is disabled,"
in your case it will be 120 (120 seconds)
