widget admin pages css error

After I have installed newest version of Live Helper Chat (2.13) I get some errors on the admin pages to fetch widget source from.
looks like css is not loading correct.

Any ideas how to fix this?

Sorry, but new version really has nothing to do with it.
1. Try to clear cache from back office
3. See update information, perhaps there is some missing database updates
