User msgs not received or sent v2.12

Hi, Since upgrading to 2.12 I have a problem with user messages not being received.

Once text fills box of user chat, no more messages can be received or sent from user. See 0:40 seconds onwards:

Any ideas on how to fix pls?

Sorry, as long it works on demo cannot help. Because of lack of steps to reproduce.

Not very Seems just missing some default files (config default file). Perhaps not all files uploaded successful..
In any case if you were updating there should stayed your config file unless you have deleted it...

It seems there is timeout on console:

Would this be affected by php5.ini contents:
max_input_vars = 3000

upload_max_filesize = 64M

max_input_time = 60

memory_limit = 256M

max_execution_time = 60

post_max_size = 64M

mysql.connect_timeout = 600

default_socket_timeout = 600

mysqli.reconnect = on

cgi.fix_pathinfo = 1

....or other way to remedy?

In that case i ques you misconfigured something....

Hi, I updated sync settings in line with demo, but it seemed like a server error at host, ftp was also slowed down, now working ok with no further intervention. Many thanks

You can try to remove database and livehelper folder and install again after have downloaded it from livehelperchat again so you are sure the folder is not corrupted. If problems persist maybe is a server settings or problem with your current hosting plan. Good luck!

hi marco, many thanks, I think you spoke with my colleague earlier, although he was unaware of livechat technical issues. I believe the server connection errors are now resolved, and were due to our web host. I am now trying to resolve event tracking issues on another thread. Many thanks again smile
