unread messages lists
Hi im using desktop client with 3 users. When i enter in the web admin interface it keeps displaying a list of unread messages, but when i click on it to see the conversation, i see that are messages i had already read, or my users had already answered. I just dont get it why it keeps displaying it as unread messages. Can you help me with that?

Sorry, no idea.
I think perhaps just desktop client API does not set messages as read and that's all. I will check in some time this.

Your issue should be fixed. It will apply for all new chats.
