Direct to chat and does not ask for name email
DESCRIPTION:
Do live chat have any option, so that it goes direct to chat and does not ask for name email etc?

No,
But you can configure from back office that only message field would be required.

can we make simple change for example:
If I configure from back office that only name field is required.
when we start chat, it just auto fill form Name(say visitor always) and auto submit this form,so we will see direct chat page?
