lhc_Cookies is not defined

I just finished installing LHC on new server.  Admin is working fine.  When I create the embed code and put it in a test web site I get "Uncaught ReferenceError: lhc_Cookies is not defined " displayed on the test site console.  I have not changed any of the default cookie settings.

Is there something else that needs to be configured?
Does a "var lhc_Cookies" need to be manually added in the script tags?

I dug in a bit further after finding the response status is 200.

It looks like lhc embeded chat code is not compatible with sites built with GoDaddy WebsiteBulider v7.   I created a simple HTML page (under a hosted site account in goDaddy) and put the same embedded code in it and it works fine. I think one of the scripts from the site are blocking lhc from injected its code into the document.  I called GoDaddy support and they basically said it is lhc and they don't support third party apps.  And there is no way to turn off any of their scripts.
