Can we open chat box by clicking botton on popup box,if I press "YES" it will open chat box

how can we do that?

I'm not sure what you mean there. If you embed code is generated to open popup this function will open popup if it's generated to open chat widget it will open chat widget. If what you can manually generate open link like

No way, but i ques it's safe to call it again. Because it will reload just all data.
