2 x emails received when chat started

hi remdex, we are receiving 2 x emails in our inbox per chat request each time a chat is started. Only occurs when chat is online, not offline.

e.g.:

Any thoughts as to why this might be happening?

Perhaps you have entered twice your e-mail somewhere or perhaps it's just two different mails. No idea smile
