cant send email when operators offline

Hi i have setup smtp settings and already received a test email, but when there is no operators online and i fill the chat request forms it gives me an error like this:

SMTP Error: The following recipients failed: [my smtp/ admin email]

Can you help me?

No. It's your problem.

Try to edit mail template in back office and set proper sender e-mail.

Address in demo for example.

sorry for that remdex
i just edit the template emails and now its fine im not sure but maybe the problem was that the sender email was different than the smtp setup or maybe cause the TO email was the same of the smtp setup
