Stuck spinning circle, can't start chat

hi remdex
Wondering if you can offer any help, our livechat has suddenly become unable to start a chat, if name and email are filled out and click 'Start Chat' button, box is stuck at spinning circle:

Prior to last few days this was fine....any thoughts on what might be wrong?

Also, offline form submissions "leave a message" also don't submit properly, hangs after submit button pressed, no confirmation that message sent, no email received

Hi remdex, appreciate your help, I am seeing this output on the server error logs:

Seems, your php versions does not meet minimum php requirement 5.3 min
