Hi,
i have see in your demo, if from visitor side i send a smile by the BBCode button the smile is written in the line below and not near, after the visitor name (:)
So you will se this:
Visitor:
Visitor:
Visitor: Hi
This should fixxed for have the smile in the same line, correct is:
Visitor:
Visitor::
Visitor: Hi
Is the chat work in this way or is an small issue?

Ok, managed reproduce finally will fix in a few minits.

OK, for reproduce:
1. go in livehelperchat.com
2. start a chat
3. in the pencil icon press BBcode
4. select and send a smile.
Smile will be printed as this:
Visitor:
Correct should be:
Visitor:
Tested with Chrome and Firefox
