XMPP Notification Spark Client

i already configured my xmpp setting with that configuration

i successfully send test message to my xmpp account in localhost via spark
but when i receive a chat in my livehelperchat localhost web there is no notification come to my xmpp account in spark

is there possible to receive XMPP notification in spark client?
is there a problem to my configuration?

Please check "Inform about new chats using XMPP messages" by current your configuration you should receive a message then chat is accepted, not then chat is requested from user.

already checked but there is nothing happened.
