buttons "change my status" do not work

Hi. There are 4 operator. They operate only through chrome extension. when all operators click the buttons "change my status" - offline Live help on my website continues to work, a leave a message not shown. Also works pro active invitations.

Sorry, but it's just your misconfiguration here, all works.
Proactive etc, works if user entered a site while you were online and proactive worked at that time. There is option to enable chat status widget update automatically.
