Open session by URL (instant open a session without any fields)
Hello!
Can I initiate a session without put any message?
I'm getting "Please choose at least one field for a popup. Please choose at least one field for a page widget" in configuration. I think I'll need a code with all fields optional or force a field content ("message").
Can I open/submit a chat session directly on a URL, passing fields (GET)?

Hi,
No you can't, user has to fill at least one field. Although as for feature enhancements perhaps it would be possible, just not at this time
