"need Help tooltip" always shows up

the "need Help" Widget pops up all the time and on every page. How can I get it disappear after I x it away?
On the demo site that works but on our website it bothers the visitors  http://www.uhrenhandel.de 
Need help tooltip timeout is set to 24h

1. Problem resides purely with your site and lhc http and https configuration. Your site can load some parts using https and some http.
You should try the following changes from http://livehelperchat.com/how-to-config … -259a.html this article.

Chat is running on https mode and does not support http, but site is running on http what should i Change for chat to load all data using https all the time? (same domain all the time)
During embed code generation choose https mode
In chat configuration enter "Chat configuration" => "Misc" in field "Please enter explicit http mode. Either http: or https:, do not forget : at the end." enter https:
Uncheck if checked - "Use secure cookie, check this if you want to force SSL all the time"

Also disable HTML5 storage from lhc back office. Article also mentions this.

One more thing i noticed, you entered domain, http://www.uhrenhandel.de
Just enter uhrenhandel.de that's all. No need for http etc.
