Hi,

For some reason, I'm not able to set up the windows client to auto-send the canned message. Can you help me on this?

Also, when I add placeholders to a canned massage eg: {operator}, {nick} and set "Automatically send this message to user when chat is accepted", does not replace my placeholders in web version. If I manually send the canned message it works though.
Am I doing something wrong?

1. Sorry, here all works. But i ques it works only on web client. Not sure, need to extend documentation to write exactly then thsi work's out.
2. This one works here (web), this one does not work on desktop version.
