How do I generate a code only to track for a particular Department?

Okay, I will try to be as clear as possible. We have an e-commerce site, and would like to generate a code for sellers to invite visitors on the site, to give an attendance for both questions, how to facilitate the purchase of the product. And we have two more departments, financial and support, and these do not need to invite only the sales department. I.e. will generate three codes: one for Support and financial departments, one for sales and a third only to track visitors.

You can disable invitations just by checking this in widget code generation.
"Disable pro active invitations, usefull if you want disable them from site part." and other departments can have this unchecked.
As for option generate embed code without tracking online visitors, not possible, an not sure is it really needed? (did you mean this what i wrote?)

I don't want to disable the invites, want to generate code that doesn't show the chat box and the widget. I don't want to show anything.

Well, at the moment you cannot include just js "API" but you can generate embed code with original position and just using CSS hide it.
