Pro active chat invitation

Hi. 2 questions.

1. Pro active chat invitation  work only for new visitors. Information is written to a cookie. When a visitor comes to the site for the second time, pro active chat invitation does not work.
How to make that the invitation to work for the second, third and so on ... visit to the site?

2. Pro active chat invitation  are open only after the transition to another page. If I make a setting "Time on site in seconds" - 30 seconds, and the visitor looks only 1 page 40 seconds, the invitation does not work. If the visitor goes to another page, the invitation open.
How to make that the invitation to work when a visitor looks only 1 page?

1. You can adjust that in chat configuration and set for repetitive invitation. Chat configuration => Online trackng => Proactive message timeout in hours. After how many hours proactive chat message should be shown again.
2. While generating embed code choose, check messages from operators. So it will show invitation as soon user reaches time criteria.
