Tab Pending Chats

I do not understand why the pending conversations do not appear pending tab !!
It's tricky getting atualizandoa screen to know if you have new service, you can solve it?

Something not right in your instance. Something was just misconfigured, without steps to reproduce on demo.livehelperchat.com I cannot help.

In any case you can try to dump database and send to my mail. You can do not export messages. I will need also username under which you do not see pending chats.
