Variables in canned replies

Hello,

how do I use variables like visitor name or visitor email in canned replies?

There are two variables at the moment
{nick} - visitor name
{operator} - operator name

Another related question:

In Edit > E-mail templates, there are some variables used in default subjects.
I think it would be useful to have at, for example, the 'User mail for himself' which sends transcript if visitor requests it, I'd like subject to be something like:
Chat Transcript with CompanyName - {date}

Well, user can do that at the moment, only {date} variable is not present, you can request this feature at
