Chat widget doesn't continue after page change.

Hi,

I have a problem that I cannot figure out.
I have bin using this great program for a year now and in the beginning it worked fine but now I can't seem to make the chat widget on this site (partycorner.nl) to continue a chat after a page change, it does load the widget again but visitors have to enter there details again and it starts an new chat.

I have tried every possible setting but had no luck!

These are the settings I am using:

Please uncheck "use secure cookie,...", it's usefull only if your site is running on https all the time.
Someone checked it without knowing what it does smile

Okay, I have unchecked that but the problem still exist!

Ok, now just check Disable HTML5 storage. Because your site is switching between http and https and local storage is different for http and https also for different domains.

Between what two different url you are navigating?

In this case one www.partycorner.nl but clients go after the cart to the payment and details page partycorner.webshopapp.com.
But now i am on the same one!

by the way just tested for me it works. I navigated from home page to blog
P.s chat cannot keep same session if site switches domains and https://partycorner.webshopapp.com is different domain than your main site.

Okay sorry the problem seems to be me!
Probably my firefox!
It works fine on my tablet an chrome!
