Loses messages by pressing F5 or navigating the website.
Hello, this is by far a great first live web helper system.
Please give me some help, I need to do to not lose the messages from the client to reload the page when chat site?
Example: Start a chat, to access other page on your site or press F5, the messages are lost and I need to start a new chat ...
I've tried various settings but if successful.

If this happens something not right with your server or you misconfigured something, you can try to send site and logins to lhc back office to my mail. ***.com

And i have replied. Also for this issue I have filled github issue
https://github.com/LiveHelperChat/liveh … issues/489 as soon it will be fixed, you will be able to remove domain from field i send in your mail.
